Baking Soda and Vinegar

Ginger Tea

To prepare the tea, add a piece of ginger to 1 cup of boiling water, and allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain and drink up. You can add a teaspoon of honey to improve the taste. However, do not consume more than 3 cups of ginger tea in a day.
