The author should know that his content is appreciated among different circles of people and translating it may give it more exposure. Another way is to sign a contract with the web owners and authors. However, the terms and conditions must be decided that the same images, videos and links will be used in the translated page and they must be linked back to the original content as well as the main idea is to translate the exact idea in a different language.
